THE CHICKEN WING GHOST STORY
This part won't help you be a better chicken wing chef, but you'll get a kick out of it. You see, my wife and I live in an old house that was built in 1861, and believe it or not, the place is haunted. Seriously. I kid you not. One Sunday afternoon when I was getting ready to take wings to a party - just like I outline in the "Hero" chapter - the spirits in the house did something quite amazing. I'm going to add that story into the book just for your entertainment... it's insane!
